A major benefit of choosing a LPG/petrol dual-fuel vehicle from an LPGA approved installer is that there should be no increase in your vehicle insurance premium. This is not the case with aftermarket conversions carried out by non-approved installers. Some insurance companies refuse to insure non approved aftermarket conversions altogether as they are concerned about safety standards as a result of poor quality installations.
